The point was not to ban transgendered people from flights it was to stop the possibility of militant extremists from sneaking on board while wearing the traditional muslim dress for women with covered faces. Consider the amount of hassles Quebec has been getting with asking muslim women to drop their veils and show their faces when it comes to stuff like getting a driver's license.

The transgendered population is getting caught in the crossfire but to claim that this is an attack against them isn't really accurate. It might not be the most supportive or understanding piece of law but I don't see how it's an attack, nor unchangeable.

This is where I'm at with this story. I feel like the article was misleading.
