Blonde On Blonde is probably my least favorite Dylan album of the ones i own, i own that, Highway 61 Revisited and Blood On The Tracks.

The White Album competes with Revolver as my favorite Beatles album after Sgt. Peppers... So The Beatles.

You can't really compare artists in a completely different genre and with a completely different sound, that's why this whole thread is quite silly.
