Name that Music Video (member, band, song, youtube, 2000)

I've been using every search engine I know for the past 3 hours trying to find the name of the band and song I'm thinking of with no luck, I'll tell you what I know.

It takes place on a street corner, among the famous people playing as part of the band in the video there were Mother Teresa with I think a tamberine, Abe Lincoln with a guitar, and Malcom X with a mic. Made after the year 2000.

Anyone remember who the band was or the name of the song?
