I'm only wondering here, but a Fitter Happier begins as: Fitter, Happier, More Productive.
And in 1984 there's a part saying that the people now were Bigger, Healthier, Stronger, Happier, and More Intelligent. So could they have drawn some influence from there?

It's mere speculation on my part so I thought it might be cool if they did.
