I don't know... Seems to me that both are pretty gross. I wouldn't have either as my desktop wallpaper.

I assume that the skull necklace and brain stew stories were both just **** Mayhem came up with back in the day to make themselves look evil. If I had to guess I'd say that neither happened.

After 3 awesome Tristania albums with great covers, this **** was released. The album after this one was almost as bad, but this takes the crap cake.
