Metals by Feist bored me to tears. It's not a bad album. It's just that nothing appealed to me. She is talented and has a nice voice but... I just don't dig it.

i don't even get why people voted on it - it's pretty obscure and i'm very familiar with most albums from that year

I don't really know either. I kind of wish something else would've won, because there are a lot of legends up there that didn't make it and I feel self-conscious on behalf of my simple jangle pop album, haha.
