Are you listening to only American music, or are you listening to music from other part of the world, too?

http://explr.fm a nifty tool for anyone who uses Last.fm

Only problem is some artists are tagged improperly (e.g. "Indian" instead of "Native American") so they'll be listed under India, or artists of whom there are multiples will be listed for whatever the tags are.

Mostly accurate, though.

Hmm. It's only "foreign" if you're American, which I'm not. For me, American is foreign. Not that I class it as such. Listening to Thin Lizzy atm, which for you would be foreign but for me is local (Irish).
