As of late I've noticed them managing to get it closer to the release date, dunno if anyone else has noticed that. I just hope Arcade Fire's will be an early one.

how the internet has ruined the expectation of going to the shops to pick up a copy but I just can't help myself.

it depends on how leaky the band / others are. i don't mind not going to the store. i just do some fist pumping and im good. even better are surprise leaks or stuff you forgot was coming.

I feel like some of their newer stuff is more commercial. Nothing else (as far as I know) sounded like Funeral. But their newer stuff...I dont know if I can say the same thing. Still loving all of it, though. Arcade Fire ftw.

i love "Wake Up" and live versions of "Neon Bible" (the album version isn't as good as the live versions)
