yes. Does it really matter though.
Some arsehole's bound to come along and say what a dirty, filthy habit it is, so to that person I say a most heartfelt F*ck Off.

I don't smoke.
I don't mind people who do smoke though; they can smoke themselves silly for all I care. Thing is, I can't help but look down on them. Afterall, they're either completely dumb (still don't understand the risks), senslessly addicted, (lack of will power), or so arrogant that they think they're somehow immune. Smokers only really bother me when they smoke without consideration for others around them. (Sure, sure, as the last poster admitted, not all non-smokers mind being smoked around - just the realistic and educated majority). The talk of a complete ban of smoking is crazy. Despite the amount that smokers leech from the nhs here in the UK, they still generate masses of capital through tax. A ban in all public places would make much more sense. Like I say, so long as their smoke isn't effecting me or anybody else who doesn't wish to be effected, they have a god-given right to smoke in their own smoke-filled sheetholes. I also, btw, think suicide should be legalised. It's a god-given right, surely. (same logic). Just to throw another spanner in the works, whilst typing this I've devised a fantastic way of curing a smoker's desire to smoke. What you do is you tie the patient to a chair with their arms tied behind their back, then force them to smoke cigarettes and/or cigars continuously, 20 or so at a time. (Big deep breaths). Whilst doing this you wear a protective nose and mouth mask, obviously to shield yourself from all the crap they'll be spewing everywhere. All lit cigars/cigarettes that are either spat out or finished with are stubbed out on the person's face and then swiftly replaced. I promise that after around 10-15 hours of this smoking-stubbing-replacing cycle, they will never wish to smoke a cigarette/cigar ever again. ![]() |
