Or take Janszoon's advice and drink Jim Beam and also drink a lot of water which boosts your metabolism. It's easier to drink a lot of water when your belly is not full of beer. Respect your elders and stop needlessly gaining weight.

Only when it's fermented. More sanitary that way.

A great bitter Double IPA in the ruination family. Despite what the first reviewer says this blows Double Jack away.

overproof? Never seen that description. Rum and Cokes are always great while the parties going and dreadful the following day.

Really? It just means it's over 50% alcohol by volume—in the case of the Wray & Nephew I was drinking it's 63% ABV.

I guess i've always bought stuff that was marked with the alcohol volume. I usually don't stray from Bacardi when it comes to rum.

It's still marked with the ABV. "Overproof" is just the type of rum it is, like "spiced", "gold" or "white", which is why it's written on the label like that.

Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification. Is this rum worth stepping up on?
