I definitely will, even if it will bore all but 2 people.

You're so lucky! There are approximately zero good tailors or vintage shops where I live, so I am limited to Ebay and Etsy. (And it's becoming increasingly difficult to find affordable antique clothing) Do you happen to know of any who do custom long-distance orders, by chance?

Hoop skirts and whalebone corsets are a bitch to get through the post. I should know - er, never mind...

Ooh! Look! What's that over there?
(Exits, stage left, carrying large suspicious bundle, with furtive look...)

My main nerd credentials:
  • I was into computers when they were command line only.
  • In highschool I coded a text based adventure game in assembler (actually when I started I didn't even have an assembler, I would look up the CPU's commands in a table).
  • One of my favorite things about having kids is I get to play with lego a lot.
  • Was into video games from the first time I went to an arcade - there was a choice of two games, Space Invaders or Asteroids.
  • An avid music collector since the age of six, I've sometimes spent years hunting down an elusive piece of vinyl.
  • Played D&D until the age of 36 - and only stopped because the main organiser died (in real life that is).
  • One of my favourite blogs is Dr Bunsen (drbunsen.org)

There are a couple of areas I could definitely improve - comics for one. I have a fair bit of Neil Gaiman, 2000AD, Moonshadow, Alan Moore's From Hell, but that's about it.

Also video games - I spent a long while playing guitar all day and neglecting gaming. I'm ashamed to say I've never played any of the Zelda series - hopefully I'll get around to rectifying that.

You think nerds are space aliens that don't eat and don't wear clothes?
