Your joking aside, I'd like an honest answer from Lee and Richard. During the years I've gotten a distinct feeling Brits look down on east Europe and east Europeans...which I obviously don't care for.

I fail to see the humor in mocking an impoverished country. What's the title supposed to imply anyway, shit like that never happened in the west?

The title implies that most westerners see Albania as somewhere that's 50 years behind the rest of Europe with a Norman Wisdom obsession. Hence the title.
