Our taste is different. Not sure why that seems to be a problem to understand.

You tell me, I'm not confused about anything. Are you confused? I'm happy to help if you are.

I feel like you should make Fall Be Kind the next Animal Collective release you check out, seems like your sort of thing.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

I've been meaning to get more of their stuff since apparently I started on a bad foot with their recent release.

Synth wave. This is a genre that falls into the electronic department, and admittedly it's a genre I've never really gotten into until recently. I knew it existed given that the genre name wasn't entirely too surprising. However, I was not aware of how cool this music actually is.

If you know anything about me, you'd know that I absolutely love electronic based video game music. The likes of Crypt of the Necrodancer and Super Meat Boy are right up my alley, and now that I've found this genre, I know precisely what I'm looking for.

The plan is pretty simple. I'll post albums regarding this genre and give a short tid bit about them before moving on. My hope is to shine some more light on this genre as it has taken me on a journey I never realized existed until now. So strap in!

Spoiler for album cover:

Perturbator - The Uncanny Valley (2016)

Quick thoughts: Perturbator is one of the first artists I've listened to in the synth wave genre and it certainly has not disappointed. The Uncanny Valley is a fantastic release and adds to the already fantastic releases this year has to offer.

Hahahaha oh my god that album cover. It looks like it was drawn by the bassist of a teenage metal band.
