Later, after a sampled-voice based interlude, he tells an incredibly personable story of seeing an old friend who's strung out, how he sees himself in him (as well as other people), how his man is practically a different man, and a kinda shocker at the end that really gets Lil Ugly Mane (as well as the listener) thinking. Then, the outro, which is a surprise after you listen to the song finally.

Yeah, I like it a lot, especially the first and last "songs" within the 11 minute track. And the production is fantastic.
