Lupe is my 3rd favorite rapper of all time but he has never been consistent.

Agree and Disagree. I Agree with most the members being inconsistent. Rae,Meth(album wise. he still drops great verses) Capadonna. I think the most consistent members are RZA, Ghost and Inspectah Deck. I cant really speak on GZA as TBH ive never been a big fan of his music.

I Disagree with the new wu album being good. Everyone but Meth sounded uninterested. Redman and Meth were the highlight of the album.

Yeah, but Deck and RZA's best albums don't touch on the upper tier of the Clan discography. Like you mention Bobby Digital, most people would say that's RZA's best solo release, but Ghost has probably released 5 albums of his own that are better. Even Ghost has been inconsistent for a while - it's been over 10 years since Fishscale.

I liked the production on the new album, it's very reminiscent of their early works where I felt RZA was at his best. I don't know how uninterested they were, it sounded like a pretty focused album to tell you the truth, though lyrics were probably it's biggest issue, and the last song that cuts off abruptly is annoying as hell.

Not even close, man. I don't know which one's the worst, but it definitely ain't PT. Bulletproof Wallets has the most boring, flat-ass production so probably that one.
