Man I miss Jack Pat, he got me into some really good music. He would be into a lot of experimental stuff and obscure indie yet not have a hint of pretention about him.

Well it might have different on your side of the pond. In the 4 years between Warning and American Idiot they were pretty much forgotten about by the mainstream here, they were seen as has-beens....

The username kind of gave it away alright :D Yeah Warning was pretty sub-standard, even though it was my first Green Day album I still think it was their weakest.
