L-tyrosine really is great. Though I take it alongside prozac and ativan so I'm not really sure which drug is doing what to help, but ffs paired with therapy I've come a long way since starting them...

I was seeing a therapist regularly until I couldn't afford the appointments anymore. I am depressed and have an anxiety disorder. It's mostly manageable.
