That's still irrelevant if they're breaking new ground (and reaching a wider audience that may actually buy their stuff), which a show like TOTP is to many bands regardless of when it happens in...

They absolutely have a say, they can say they're not going to do it (the show in general) because it comprimises their integrity!!

I can understand a bubblegum band or a band that's relatively new...
