i only eat like 3 decent meals a day. I should...
i only eat like 3 decent meals a day. I should probably be eating 5 or 6 meals a day since i am pretty active. But it's not like i know if i start eating more, if i will suddenly start gaining...

what do they call it when you rep a certain...
what do they call it when you rep a certain amount of weight, then take some of the weight off and rep it again? I did 4 sets of this and after i was done i felt like i was in a whole different...

triceps and chest one day...
i lift every day,
triceps and chest one day and biceps and back the next. I lifted today and i am so wore out. I can't wait until i get to the point where i can start toning, this heavy lifting...
