From those 4 songs I would say only Spaceman is a really great song, and it's from Day and age which is 3 albums before ITM. The rest feel like fillers. Nothing compared to most of the songs on ITM...

Hot fuss is still one of my favorite albums of the decade and basically got me into synth-pop or whatchamightcallit. The rest is just crap...mostly.
