it's one of the worst sites on the internet for problems with servers and their applications.
It frequently messes up. That being said though, it's still one of my favourites.

Under the heading 'File' then 'Install Plug-Ins' as its new technology and assuming you use say Itunes, install the Itunes plug-in again.
I have an Ipod Classic too, so can't install apps on it.

Hmm, have you reinstalled the plug-in for the music library/PC player you use?
Try that then select the option 'Itunes (or whatever library you use) manages my Ipod' on the diagnostics screen...

Yeah, I was going to applaud Last FM for finally releasing software that seems to have solved the 101 issues the scrobbler previously had.
Although, it's not exactly like it was complicated...

Thanks for the advice. If there's someone else having this issue, open up your scrobbler and search the cached tracks.
That's where all my scrobbles were, in order to synch with my last fm I had to...
