I disagree. Even their newest album is too heavy to be considered rock. The riffs still sound unmistakeably metal to me. Either way I don't really care. They are still a great band

Those are the only two from that list I like as well, and I would agree that both are alt-metal. I think Spineshank could have been better with their more industrial feel but the vocals suck...
