I don't know when you incurred your infraction, but I guess it came after the time were some members were complaining about the sight, and the mods promise to dish out infractions, and they were handed out across the board (I'm guessing), and many once great poster were slashed, like "Captain Cavemen," and you weren't single out, so the infraction isn't a referendum on you personally. I hadn't had a problem with anyone who was banned here, (except for one) and imo their behavior was pretty much innocuous, but then again didn't see everything they wrote. I see the problem more of other posters griping and complaining and it's so much "unchecked mod power" but "mob rule" where ride someone out on a rail like "CoreyAllen2000." In conclusion, in defense of the mods they are only acting on the request of mob rule.
You win points for using the word "jurisprudence".

But to your post, (I may not be 100% correct about this) I believe the infraction Brennan (TheBig3) is speaking of was given to him recently, as a joke, for reasons of "not posting enough". The joke, I assume, was meant to playfully tell him he should post more because the infractor enjoys his posts.
Again, I'm only assuming that's what Brennan is referring to, but I can understand how it could upset someone if either it was misinterpreted, or the methods themselves were unappreciated.
