While that's very true when speaking of
artist plays, I don't think it has any impact when speaking of top-played
songs. I'm not going to play a shorter track more often than a longer one simply because it's shorter. But an
artist will get more total plays if their albums feature many short tracks versus a few long ones, I can't argue that. And the
Normalisr (excuse the idiot's spelling) comes in handy for that.
