I'm currently on a strict diet (practically no carbs) and so I've had to stop drinking normal black tea because I need (and I mean NEED) a shedload of carb-heavy milk in it, and sugar sometimes too. I now drink green tea nearly all the time, which is a lot better for me.
I usually go to a CHinese supermarket and pick up the packs of loose leaves, and then use a reusable steel cage to hold the leaves, like a teabag but one that saves on washing up.
