ATTENTION
Allow me to make this perfectly clear. BooBoo is NOT even technically permabanned. The terminology in this instance is misleading. He was banned for a year. One whole year. BooBoo isn't in prison so there's no way of knowing whether or not he has good behavior or bad behavior, or whether he deserves a "parole". All we have is his word. And that's just not going to cut it. The longer time he spends away from MB the more he'll appreciate it and not try and abuse it, evidenced by his desire to come back now.
If you want my opinion - let him serve his time. He can come back when his year stint is up. Why get all up in arms about this? He's not even gone forever.
