Unfortunately I think that emo concert footage is an area so obscure that it can only be rivaled by my ultimate quest: Native indiemo! (so far I'm the only musician I know of)
I saw some Cap'n jazz footgage on youtube that was pretty good. Other than that... Maybe just ask around on blogs that specialize on obscure emo. Like, ask the people who upload the music.
