Right, I am in serious back pain, waiting for Physio to call so I can get some therapy, but in the mean time does anyone have any advice for me to relieve the pain and uncomfort?

I fell over in the liquification on the day of the earthquake and stuffed it that way. I've tried ibuprofen, anti-flam cream, a massage and a hot water bottle.

Any ideas?

This thread can be dedicated to anyone else that wants to discuss medical issues. Obviously none of us here are doctors but there's no harm in discussing things.
