Along with Jackhammer's recommendations, Blackbeard's I Wah Dub, Keith Hudson's Pick a Dub and Augustus Pablo's East Of the River Nile are all favourites of mine. Burning Spear's Garvey's Ghost (the dub mixes of his Marcus Garvey album) would be worth your time too.
