I just think, outside of GavinB and a few others here, most people will lose interest in a project like that based on previous posting history. I hope it works, I'd love to read something like that, but I was really excited for the MB Gazette as well as a lot of the journals I've seen pop up and die in a matter of days or weeks, so now I'm not getting my hopes up. I know I'd have a hard time doing it.
