2010 is the start of a new decade and not the last in the 2000-2009 one. So everyone who put The Suburbs, sorry, it was released the first year(2010) of the new decade, the TEENS. There is no argument, 2000 wasn't in the 90s, 1990 wasnt in the 80s, and 1980 wasnt in the 70s, so why is it all of a sudden different for 2010? A difference of ten in mathematics is completely different when talking about time.
