Exactly. These people do not know how to market good music simply because that is not their aim. Their aim is to make once-off videos for clients and get a lot of money from it. None of these kids at Ark are going to become as successful because Ark are not a 'real' record label per se, so their clients are not going to get on a contract which allows them to continuously release music.
