Everything in the looks department (apart from your face) can be altered and improved though, your hair can be cut, your clothes can be changed, you can work out more, you can accessorise differently. Its about styling out what you have got, and feeling confident in yourself.

As for personality, no one is born with humour, no one is born with intelligence, no one is born with captivating anecdotes. These are all learned traits, and if others can learn them then so can you.
