Yes, I think so. Unless they completely change their approach and musical style, they have milked the general Radiohead vibe for as long as they can. They went from arena rock to some of the best alternative rock to progressive rock to electronic to electronic alternative...where else can they really go? They have to start exploring completely new territory to do anything groundbreaking again.

I most definitely feel this way about In Rainbows. Another decent record, but nothing like the albums before it. Most of Thom Yorke's solo album could easily fit onto either In Rainbows or the King of Limbs, so this tells me yes, they really have gone past their heyday.
