In some ways I suppose this is ok as it pleases the fan base which likes them based on their style of music as much as anything. But for the more general audience they might get bored and just move onto someone else. There's plenty of music out there anyway and I have no attachment to them beyond just picking out what I like.
I still think Lotus Flower is possibly their best song since Kid A. One song doesn't make an album however.

I don't know, lotus flower is good, but it still seems really lacking to me. It should have at least built up a little. IMO just about every song from kid a up through in rainbows is better. This just seemed like a really boring radiohead release to me.
