I finally gave it a re-listen and I have no clue why I hated this when I first listened to him.

Maybe I was younger and I just couldn't appreciate some of the smooth jazz type samples that were used. I really love this album now though.

I don't understand some Jay fans can claim this is their favorite and then turn around and say that they don't like Kingdom Come when they sound pretty similar imo. The only thing that's different of course is the lyrical content because he's much older but why would you want him to still rap about the same shit that he was rapping about when he was younger?
