That seems to be what most of the "advice" so far has consisted of... If you're not planning on staying with her, just get the hell out of there: alcohol doesn't make you do things that you weren't already considering. Be the better person and just leave it at that, because being an ******* in return has a nasty likelihood of having unforseen consequences, not to mention the fact that it really doesn't make you much better than her in the first place "she did it first" is not an excuse. If you are planning on giving her another chance, then whatever you do don't go continuing the vicious circle by doing something to get back at her!

Who said it was the right thing to do? It's most likely not but it sure does feel good so ultimately it's up to him to decide.
