Ah, Paloma yelled at you, and Loose Lips disagreed.
You're welcome to voice your concerns about the moderation, it just carries more weight when they're based on accurate information. If there are a number of users who find the staff abusive, they're welcome to calmly explain themselves to a moderator of their choice, and the matter will be evaluated. It's simply not constructive however, for us to have a debate in the open where everyone is vaguely discussing incidents without having all the information about them.
I'd hate for people to feel like they're not being taken seriously when they speak up, but frankly, most of the time when people do, they have little scope of what they're talking about, and what are we supposed to do with invalid complaints but disregard them? All of this hearsay causes the divide between staff and users, not the staff themselves.
