it doesn't have to be illegal to be unfair, american oil companies are buying land off of the native people for 50 cents and a basket of fruit and then they go and completely destroy the environment leaving the natives not only poor but also without any means to support themselfs seeing as how they cant really grow anything in those areas anymore....
