I think you're being sarcastic, but I do and I am rather proud of them. Fresh strawberries, blackberries, and I even have two types of raspberries.
Anyways, my state allows one to make & sell up to 100 gallons (annually) of beer, wine, hard cider, or even distilled liquor without any sort of paperwork. Berrys have high amounts of simple sugar, so I can produce fruit wines and meads with minimal store-bought ingredients. It's not mind blowing, but I get regular costumers for my strawberry mead at the farmers market, my raspberry wine isn't half bad, and it's a fun hobby.

Too much milk. You would need to have more vegetables to really balance your diet. If you want iron to absorb into your body its crucial you have vitamin C as well. ]

LOL! I work on a dairy farm. They used to bottle their own milk and sell it to employees at an amazing discount, so even though they don't anymore, I suppose my intake is part habit, part naive support for my industry, and part of my rural heritage. Besides, I've broken enough bones I've become rather militant about calcium.
But, yeah, my diet needs improvement; I do need more veggies, especially leafy greens.
