I can understand that if you want to talk about if he is talented or not but his hype is based purely off of being in your face all the time with guest appearances, mixtapes and his albums that come out.

this isn't even an issue about quality over quantity.

he deserves the hype for that alone always being able to stay relevant even if he's not delivering a perfect line each and every single time.

There are other artists that can do that and don't have as much work available but it's quality.
I would consider those artists more talented.
