I'd agree with that as well. I'd go as far to say that all of the RZA produced Wu Tang solo albums between 94-96 were better than 36 Chambers. That would be Liquid Swords, Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Meth's Tical, ODB's Return to the 36 Chambers, and Ghostface's Ironman albums. I dont think I've forgotten any..?
