I'm not planning on becoming a vegetarian, for that I like the taste of meat too much, but I want to change my eating habits. Not only is meat very expensive in Norway, it is also rather unhealthy. The problem is that I'm so used to eating meals containing meat that I hardly know how to make any meat-free dinners. Salad, soup?
When I move out, I'm going to look for new recipes and try to make more vegetarian dishes. And replace some of the meat with seafood like fish and prawns. Right now I'm living with my parents and I happily except everything I'm served.
