OK i`ll explain.......
There are a few punk bands that I do like , all of these are old bands I grew up listening to.But I only like them because I like those bands , I don`t like them

I do like some bands , but i`m not a fan of 'punk rock' as such.
Pretty much all of the punk bands I do like either split up or changed direction by the early 80s , and in my mind everything that came after was a poor copy of the original & not worth listening to.Quite honestly the thought of listening to some band with a guy with a mohawk shouting over some 3 chord racket does not interest me in the least.
These days i`m more likely to listen to a Talking Heads or a Public Image LTD album than the Sex Pistols or the Ramones.
