In the same sense, Ozzy wasn't quite Black Sabbath, either. Blizzard of Oz was a good album, and the rest is just those good old 'one good hit song with amazing Randy Rhodes solos to sell the album then a ton of crap' albums.
Although this thread has derailed somewhat I always found Diary Of A Madman far superior to Blizzard Of Oz.
