Ironically enough, ad hominem is exactly what the entirety of that post was, meaning your argument is fallacious.

1 - Whether someone was talking to me directly does not preclude me from voicing an opinion or from making reference to a past action of your own that contradicts the assertion you were making regarding the nature of your arguments and their supposed roots in fact and knowledge.

2 - I've used it in 3 posts. Each time it was logically relevant. Your refusal to address the point only ensures I will continue to press you on the point until you admit your error and subsequently modify your statements or cease to argue the point.
