I would knock around the mods forum until I got bored and then I would unmod myself. Sounds like kind of a shit job to be honest.
EDIT: Oops, skipped someone. I would try to talk them into coming to a doctor with me and then get them checked for anything pretty bad. If they had like, AIDs or something, I'd just let them keep doing drugs until they died because that's what I would do if I had AIDs but if they were fairly healthy I would try to talk them into rehabilitation or something.
