She may just have been a zombie. This might just be the cover up story. She may have woken from her coffin a decomposing, brain eating, shuffling, mindless, cannibal corpse (
) and they had to shoot her in the head. But of course that would cause panic, so they said that she just woke up and died of a heart attack. It happens all the time.
