I've watched a few episodes of Manswers, and my primary problem with it is that they focus on a small truth that men want to hear, and then they trim the information to fit the story, while disregarding any information that isn't entertaining. I've seen it done on a number of occasions where, f.ex. they'll tell you that beer is healthier to drink than wine, when the reality is that it may be better in one aspect, but not in the rest.
I don't mind so much that the whole show is about beer, sex, and bodily functions, so much as the information presented about them isn't all that accurate.

Understandable, Manswers isn't the first place I've heard that though, just the last place/time I've heard it so it was easy to refer to it.
