I've got a couple.

Erich Hartmann (1922-1993) - Luftwaffe

Yes, he was a Nazi. But he was a BAMF nonetheless. "The Black Devil" puts Tom Cruise to shame. He had 352 aerial victories (by far the most of all time), while never receiving any significant damage to his plane from enemy fire. He did have to crash-land 14 times, but it was either due to mechanical failure or parts of enemy planes he had just shot down hitting him. If you can't get past the fact that he was a Nazi, consider that 98% of his victories were against the Soviets.

Imhotep (27th Century BC) - Chancellor of the King of Egypt, Doctor, First in line after the King of Upper Egypt, Administrator of the Great Palace, Hereditary nobleman, High Priest of Heliopolis, Builder, Chief Carpenter, Chief Sculptor, and Maker of Vases in Chief.

The first "Renaissance man", Imhotep isconsidered the first architect, engineer and physician in history. He built the first pyramid and is also the first to ever use columns. He is credited with being the founder of medicine as a discipline and was believed to have written the Edwin Smith Papyrus, which is unique in the fact that it is a medical text that dealt with a rational and scientific approach to treatment rather than a magical or religious approach. Despite refraining from religion on some issues like this, he was one of the few commoners to achieve divine status. What badass.
